Today’s tour was filled with all sorts of wonderful homes. Two had pools, one needed to be either a fix up, a tear-down or add on, a few had amazing views, and some were fantastic remodels. Take a look for yourself at these fantastic properties.
Behind Von’s you’ll find a pool home that is a beautifully updated with 3 bedrooms and a single bath. Across from the college theatre, is a gorgeous 3 bedroowm and 2 bath remodel. This home has a converted garage, needs updates and is on a very big lot. Filled with lots of natural light, you’ll find a corner lot home that is a must-see remodel. Then there’s the beach house that has lots of potential. Also on tour was a hillside home with a large view and a small yard. View of the world and a sparkling pool. If you love the ocean, this is a must-see.
Shower under the Stars
Today’s tour had a few surprises that made the morning every interesting! The outdoor shower was a delightful surprise to find in the back yard. Very private and open to the sky. Another home had been on the market only 10 days when it went pending. The transaction fell out of escrow, so it came back on the market. The same day it came back on tour, the house went under contract with a new buyer. What was special about this house was the incredible landscaping, the entertainer’s dream back yard and the guest house/artist’s studio around the back with its separate entrance.
Quite an increase in the number of homes on tour today!
Today’s caravan had quite a few homes on the tour in all sorts of neighborhoods. Many flavors of home styles as well. There were a number of beach properties that are worth a tour in the Pierpont area, a few hillside properties with wonderful views, plus a number of nice bungalows and Spanish style homes tucked into very nice neighborhoods. One of my favorites was this listing in the Hobson Heights neighborhood. It is set up as a duplex but can easily be configured to a single family home.
