There were a number of beach properties that are worth a tour in the Pierpont area, a few hillside properties with wonderful views, plus a number of nice bungalows and Spanish style homes tucked into very nice neighborhoods. One of my favorites was this listing in the Hobson Heights neighborhood. It is set up as a duplex but can easily be configured to a single family home. It has been nicely updated with the original details left in tact. Brokered by Keller Williams Realty
